Paytm - refund not received

I have booked a flight ticket from kiev to delhi on *th December **** through paytm with Air france. and when i reached at the airport i tried to board the flight the flight officials denied me boarding i tried my best to board the flight but flight officials denied me boarding giving me a document which was stating the reason of denied boarding as "illogical route". then i booked another flight and reached home the flight officials told me there that you ll get the rfund of the ticket as you have booked the ticket through paytm contact them and you ll get the refund. on **th december i filed a complain on paytm requesting for refund they took my complain and assured me that i ll get my refund and i waited for few days but i havent get the refund then i called the customer care office and talked to them the paytm officials told me that their team is in touch with the airfrance and i ll get the refund shortly. in the pandemic my business was not performing well and i was in so much need of money and i was relying on the paytm refund but i havent recieved it. i called them every monday sice **th december and they always said that you ll get your money in ** hours and so on. i lost my so much time just to talk to them sometimes the paytm officials put my call on hold for half an hour and i was waiting it caused me a lot of mental pressure and i was thinking that i dont even have right to get my money back, after so much of time waste and mental torture i called air france stating my complain they asked me to get the refund application number from paytm. air france officials told me that the paytm has all the rights over ticket so paytm is solely responsible for the refund. so icalled paytm again and asked for the refund application number which they have raised against air france but thr paytm denied giving me refund application number stating that they can not give the refund application number and their team is working on it and since then i have been calling them every *rd day and havent received the my money back plus they are not even providing refund application number.
please help i am in dire need of money i have loans to pay and i can not wait for more time.
