Sachin Jalan filed complaint against Jiomart on Aug 12, 2021
I had ordered some vegetables from Jiomart on **th July. The order was delivered on **th July. It was a cash on delivery order, hence upon receiving the order, I paid by scanning the QR code on the bill provided by Jiomart. The payment of Rs.*** was successful and amount was debited from my account. But the delivery person said that the payment was not valid and asked me to scan a different QR code on his mobile phone and make the payment. I agreed and made the payment again. He then told me that the original payment will be refunded back to me within * days. I did not receive any refund within the said timeline and I contacted Jiomart several times. Every time I was told to wait and I have been waiting since then for the refund. Yesterday I received an email from Jiomart saying that the complaint has been resolved even though I have not received any refund yet. I have attached the supporting documents for your reference
