I made a booking from Mumbai to Newcastle for * passengers through edreams worth rupees ******. I cancelled booking and requested for refund ** days prior to flight date. I was informed that refund has been requested and due to pandemic it might take * months to get refund bit it has been * months I have not got any refund. And also they do not have any office in India and they don't replies to the emails. Please help
