Edreams - Cancellation and refund

I had booked a flight from Chennai to Toronto for *th September **** through edreams. But due to personal reasons, i wanted to cancel my booking. But there was no option to cancel the booking. Booking reference number was invalid and not matching with my mail ID. There's literally no way to connect to their customer care. I've been suffering mentally for a whole week to no avail. Pathetic experience with edreams. Biggest life lesson learnt, always book through the airlines website. Never go for travel agencies ever.
