Edreams - Airline Ticket Refund

I had booked a Gulf air flight from Dubai to Kuwait via Bahrain for Nov *, **** through Edreams website. The flight was cancelled by the airlines. I requested for refund via Edreams and is yet to receive the same. I am told by Edreams that they are waiting for Gulf air to process the refund since * months.
Due to the cancellation, I had to spend RS ***** for my flight from Dubai to Kuwait
