Edreams - Edreams Booking ID Booking Fraud

I had booked a flight from New Delhi to Kilimanjaro on **th Nov ****. According to the itinerary, I had to take the first flight Air India Express from New Delhi to Dubai on **th Dec **** and then by Ethiopian Airline from Dubai to Kilimanjaro Airport on **th Dec ****. I was not permitted to check-in or board Air India Express and I was told it was because it was a connecting flight from Dubai. For this matter, I had not received any prior information or warning from Edreams to inform me that this flight journey was not possible. So, I have contacted Edreams many times over the phone, and each time I was promised that I would get a call back with a solution. Up until now, there has been no response or solution from Edreams, and I have spent hours on the phone, each time the Edreams staff having no record of the previous conversation. I contacted Air India Express regarding this issue, they said that they have already told all booking agents that they are not allowing any transit passengers for Dubai. This means that Edreams have fraudulently stolen money for a service that did not exist. I have already spent approximately $****.** including the flight ticket with Edreams, the rescheduled flight ticket, my hotel booking, and transportation costs which are all non-refundable at such last minute. I have sent them an email but have not gotten a reply.
