Ajio Reliance Trend - Refund not received

Ordered few Nighties on *st July the delivery date was given as **th I cancelled the order immediately but even the refund was promised on **th July but Ajio just sent a message Problem resolved complaint closed. I did not receive refund till now. Customer care won't pickup the call and I just keep getting messages complaint closed with out sending my money back.
