My name is Ajay Kumar, I bought an order, * TB WD External Hard Disk and I return this product as the original product and checked the pick-up agent and he confirmed and picked up that order. But after * days on Amazon, he told me that he would not be given a refund. Because the wrong product was found in his godown.
Amazon delivery agent checked on his mobile so confirmed I am returning the same product then he picked up my parcel.
Then how is it possible for amazon not to receive my original parcel?
Amazon distribution agent may be fraudulent if the original product is not received in the Amazon warehouse.
