I had booked a kashmir trip package on make my trip booking ID NL************* from * June **** to ** June ****. However due to covid situation trip was cancelled. I had confirmed from relationship officer (Anu) that I would get a refund before cancellation (on whatsapp) for which I have the proof. I have been trying to reach out to them regarding refund and they seem to be delaying it everytime and have stopped responding now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
