I had booked Spicejet flight ticket through Paytm. The flight got cancelled and Spicejet has refunded the money to Paytm on March **.
I have been following up with Paytm requesting them to refund the amount they've received from Spicejet but they're postponing the refund.
They said the transfer is failing due to some technical issues. Then Paytm again said that they'll send a SMS with a link through which refund will be initiated and asked me to wait till *** st May to receive the SMS. I waited till the time patiently and I haven't received any SMS till today. They're clearly trying to dodge my refund and are not being clear about the refund status. This is a deliberate fraud on the part of Paytm.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
