Flipkart - Refund not received

Ordered Laptop from FLipkart which was supposed to be delivered on **th May ****. WHen this was finally not delivered by them I cancelled the order and got email from flipkart also that the order has been cancelled and money will be refunded. Since then everyday now I am getting same email that the order has been cancelled but there is no update about the refund status. Customer knows nothing they just keep escalating the issue. the flipkart app doesnt show the updated status that the order has been cancelled whereas it's been * days since the order has been cancelled. No one helping me from flipkart to tell me the status of my refund.
