I ordered food through Zomato on **/**/****,payment via Paytm upi, which got cancelled by the Zomato due to their own issues and they initiated the refund on the same day for the amount Rs ***. After tracking the refund on Zomato app, it showed the refund credited on **/**/****, but I did not get any amount credited in my bank account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
