Spice Jet - Refund Not Received

I had booked tickets in Feb '**** to travel to Mumbai in April **** from Spice Jet portal . Due to Cornovirus was not able to take the flight as the Government had imposed restrictions, as well as flights, were canceled. A Credit Schell was givwen till Mar ** ****. Traveling to Mumbai is now impossible due to the persistence of the epidemic. Hence had requested for the refund. They say the refund is processed I will get it in ** days from Feb ****. So far I have not got the refund. I have been mailing to the Appellate authority about this but still, I have not got the refund. I have been communicating with them from Dec **** so far I have not got the refund. Can you please resolve this and get me the refund immediately.
Spice Jet is cheating me saying the refund will reflect in your account for the past * month. I am stressed a lot as I have not got the refund.
