I booked one flight which got cancelled by the airlines and it was converted into a credit shell.
Then I requested for refund but indigo is saying that they have refunded the money in November ****.
But make my trip app and website says that the refund is delayed from airline.
No customer care to talk to.
Auto email reply I receive when I send my grievances to them.
Really worried whether I will get my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
