Sourav Lahiri filed complaint against Make my trip on Jan 10, 2021
A flight was booked by me on **st May ****. The flight was not operational due to covid restrictions by govt of India. On **st Dec the refund request submitted in makemytrip site was approved and as per makemytrip with amount of Rs ****/- was supposed to be refunded to my account. But the amount has not been received in my account. I have tried to reach them over phone, mail ,myra chat and whatsapp but my experience has been pathetic. All the responses were similar. They suggest to follow the updates in the support page in makemytrip site. But in the support page apart from the refund tracker status there is no scope to follow up on the same.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
