Makemy Trip - Refund not Received

We had following bookings from Chicago to Mumbai for July ** **** by Lufthansa flight LH ***:
*. Ritu Bhatia PNR no. VA*BLV
*. Mukesh Bhatia PNR no. VCBF*P
The above tickets were booked through Make-my-Trip.com
The journey could not be undertaken due to flight cancellation due to Covid **.
We had requested for making the tickets open on July * **** so that the same can be utilized on resumption of flights. Despite making many long distance calls MMT cancelled my tickets and now even after more than * months there is no sign of any refund. Although, Lufthansa airline has confirmed that they have refunded the ticket amount to MMT on Oct * ****. There is no response to the emails sent to the CEO and COO of MMT. The vendor is not geared to handle the situation and inturn we had to shellout extra money to the tune of Rs * lakh to book return tickets through another airline Air India for Nov **, ****.
All efforts to contact MMT through email or phone calls were not successful as calls go in to voice mail. Really frustrating to have availed services of MMT for my travel.
