Make My Trip Pvt Ltd - Refund not received

We have booked a honeymoon package to kerala which was scheduled from **th september ****. We have made a payment of Rs.***** as first installment to Make my trip. Due to natural calamity in kerala a national call was given throughout India. We also called Make my Trip to enquire about the status. But to our dismay they kept on insisting to pay rest of tHe amount by ** th august. We called them again and again and finally told tHem that we r reluctant to go there. Then Make my trip told us that tHey are processing tHe refund of customers having booking till **st august. Now Make my Trip has refused to refund the amount. Three times we have lodged complaint but no use.
