Intrcity Smart Bus Company - Refund not received in original payment method

I had to cancel my intrcity bus and the amount has got refunded in IntrCity wallet. It has an expiry of *** days and If I do not plan my next travel within *** days the amount would expire. Normally, the amount should have been transferred to my original payment method instead of IC wallet.
