I was on bus from Bangalore to Goa - **/* ***pm. Bus met with a bad accident and fell in the ditch. I took a hard fall from upper and landed in the bottom suffered multiple broken bones.

Bus drivers and staff are not necessarily trained as this bus is trying to grow as fast as it can without regard for safety. Please be careful I lost my stuff and bus refuses to respond/compensate.
There were kids in the bus who were crying and injured but nobody to help us as driver and staff ran away.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
