From Hyderabad to Kadapa, date : **- March-****, at the time of Onboarding small argument happened with bus captain and he rudely behaved , not allowed me to enter the bus and closed the door, in this case I didn’t travel and requested refund, no proper reply from their customer care. Worst service.
