Makemytrip - Refund not received in my bank account

Due to Covid-** my flights were cancelled. So few weeks back from the airlines the money was refunded to my MakeMyTrip wallet. I requested to transfer the amount to my original payment mode. MMT promised to return the payment to my bank account maximum within ** days, it's almost a month now and I still didn't receive my money.
