I ordered two "Hasasi Denim" Men's Jeans from Snapdeal worth Rs *** each, on Oct **th. On Oct **th, I was supposed to get delivery of both of the Jeans. But when I opened the package, it only contained one Jeans which was a Women's Jeans. I got totally wrong order delivered. Next day on Oct **, I requested for a refund for both of the Jeans through the Snapdeal app. Next day on Nov *st, I handover the package to the pickup boy. But he asked me to return both of the jeans, so I told him the whole matter. After that he contacted to someone from Snapdeal (I don't know what conversation they had), and he took my package. After few hours, I got a message from Snapdeal that the refund of Rs *** has been initiated. I checked the Snapdeal app and found out that, they automatically cancelled the refund request for the other Jeans. I was supposed to get refund of total Rs ****, but only got Rs *** as of now. I can't request for a refund again, because now they removed that option from the app. I have contacted their customer support *-* times regarding this issue, but they are not giving any resolution. I want my Rs *** from Snapdeal ASAP.
