Amit Kehri filed complaint against Makemy Trip on Jan 20, 2020
I tried to book a flight ticket with makemytrip and the booking got failed at last moment, whereas amount got deducted from my credit card and was not refunded back.
While asking to MakeMyTrip, they told that refund was processed from their end, whereas Bank is denying any such refund. For further inquiry Bank is asking the Transaction reference number of any such refund(credit) which happened at all.
But MakeMyTrip is not giving me any transaction reference number for that credit(which they did as per them), so I am unable to further question to Bank.
I doubt that MakeMyTrip did any refund, and thats why they are not giving me any proof (reference number) for that Bank transaction. Hence my refund is still not received and is in not found status.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
