I had made a booking of * nights stay at The Fern Sardar Sarovar Resort Ekta Nagar, Series By Marriott on **th January **.** am for check in on **th January **** *:** pm and check out on *st February **** before **:** am. There was zero cancellation policy but a partial cancellation - partial refund policy for this booking, if modified before **: ** am **th January ****. I modified my booking for * nights stay to * night stay with check in on **st January **** *:**pm and check out on *st February **** as cancellation would not entitle me for any refund as there was partial refund policy entitling me to **% refund if done before **:** am on **th January ****. Hence i did modify my stay on **th January **** to * night at *.** am which was well before their modification threshhold time of **:** am. Despite of this i am till date not given my refund stating that they checked it with the hotel and hotel is refusing for the refund. Despite my continuous follow up their customer service is closing my service request without resolving the same.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
