Clear Trip - Refund not received from cleartrip five months passed

I booked ticket for **th May **** from Bangalore to Pune from clear trip. The flight was Go-First airlines, the airlines for some reason they only cancelled the flight. The amount ticket booking was of Rs.****/- from that month onwards I'm contacting with the cleartrip customer care support team; I had send many mails and even through calls but no positive feedback from their end. Only, giving foolish excuses. Almost five months has already passed still not received. My trip ID: ************.
I have many a time contacted through various source to cleartrip but they are not responding just giving excuses. So, I'm filing complaining to Voxya. I hope you'll help me.
