air asia airlines - Refund not Received from Air Asia

I used the credit from my big memeber account to book a flight. Booking number : R*BW*E.
The flight was on ** jan ****- bangalore to Indore.
The flight was cancelled by airasia.
They called me as they wanted to give me Refund in my bank account. I gave them the details. They said in * week I will receive money but it's been * month and after my multiple tweets and mails, some time they used to respond and given me a time frame that I will receive by **th Feb but I didn't and after that there is no response to my mails and tweet and there is no way to reach their human customer contact. I received a mail that they have closed my case and the status is showing as refunded but I didn't receive the amount and I have no way to contact them. They lied, they bluffed, they robbed. Please help me.
