I had placed a order for Rs **** - Philips hand mixer with amazon.in and details of the transaction are given below. Though i had returned the mixer on **-jan and amazon has claimed that they have paid the refund i have not received the refund in my account till date
**-Jan-** - Placed order for Philips mixer in amazon.in
**-Jan -**- Received the mixer
**-Jan -** - returned the mixer and they have acknowledgement
**-Jan -** - Amazon has initiated the refund for Rs **** and the NFT transaction given in the below is NFT-*********XXXXXXXXXXXXXX ( they are not ready to give me the complete transaction id )
**-Feb-** Called up amazon and they say that they have reinitiated the refund
**-Feb-** - mailed to customer dispute customerdisputes@icicibank.com and filed a compliant no. ***-***-***. Contacted ICICI and Amazon people more than *-* times since then. None of them are able to resolved
**-Mar- Called both amazon and icici multiple times. Amazon says that they have initiated the refund and ICICI says they have not received the amount. Please resolve it immediately
**-Mar-**- Called both the parties again . No response from amazon or icici in resolving this issue.
