Clear Trip - Refund not received for flight cancelled by airline

I had booked a flight with Cleartrip under trip id ************. The flight was cancelled by the airline. Cleartrip refused to adjust the money against a fresh booking. Also, they had informed that the refund would be credited within *-* working days. However, even after a month, the refund is not received. Also speaking to the Cleartrip executive as well as supervisor (Mr Rohan). There is no assurance of when the refund will be received. In such a case I believe that as an agent Cleartrip should take responsibility and refund the money. It is causing me mental agony as my trust in online bookings is lost.
