I have booked * tickets for an international flight from India to USA and made the payment of USD $**** (Booking ID UN*************) on March **, ****.
The flights were cancelled because of COVID lockdown. It's been ** months and I'm yet to receive the refund. There is no way to get hold of customer agent on call. One time, customer agent mentioned that my booking status is showing as "Refund in progress" and that was it. Attaching Email invoice for ticket, credit card statement and e-ticket for itinerary as evidence.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
