PayTM - Refund not received for cancelled flight ticket

I had booked a Jet Airways flight ticket using Paytm on *th March **** for my wife.
On the same day and flight, i had booked another ticket directly from Jet Airways for myself.

The flight and the ticket was cancelled by airline.
Jet Airways refunded me the amount for the ticket booked directly with them.
However, Paytm has not yet refunded any amount more than * months since then.

I have been following up for refund of Rs. **** since March ** for the ticket booked via Paytm. I raised the issue using the mobile app as well as via emails to care@paytm.com multiple times.
However, i did not receive any appropriate response.

Following up with Paytm has been a nightmare with support tickets closed with no resolution, no response from their grievance officer, and no refund yet.
