Subject: Refund Not Received for Cancelled Bus Trip
Dear EasyMyTrip Support,
I am writing to express my concern regarding a refund that I have not yet received. On **th October ****, I was informed that my scheduled bus trip from Kolkata to Siliguri with PNR A*BK*HEV had been cancelled due to unavoidable reasons. This cancellation was initiated by the bus travel operator, Annesha Travels, and not by me.
Upon receiving the cancellation message, I visited the Annesha Travels counter directly to verify the information. The staff confirmed the cancellation and assured me that the refund would be credited to my account within a day or two.
However, upon checking my account today, I noticed that the refund has not been processed. I have been a loyal user of the EasyMyTrip application for many years and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. As the cancellation was initiated by the operator and not by me, I believe I am entitled to a full refund. Please liaise with the operator and arrange for the refund to be processed as soon as possible.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
