Shivam Rathore filed complaint against Paytm on Nov 12, 2025
Dear Voxya Team,
I booked * bus tickets from Manali to Delhi via Paytm for INR ****.** with a scheduled journey date of **/**/****. Despite multiple attempts, the bus operator did not provide any bus number, driver details, or boarding instructions.
There was no prior notification of cancellation, nor were any refund or alternative arrangements communicated.
I have been trying to get this issue resolved through Paytm by raising support tickets continuously for the last ** days, but unfortunately, they have not responded or provided any resolution or refund.
Repeated calls and WhatsApp messages to the operator’s helpline also went unanswered. This has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. As per consumer protection laws, this is a clear deficiency of service, and I request Voxya to assist me in obtaining a refund and escalating this case against Paytm and Northern Travels.
