Due to ongoing COVID circumstances, my flight was cancelled by Airlines with an option for complete refund. Upon cancelling the flight, easemytrip team has not provided me refund since mid Nov-**. On over **+ follow-up calls/emails they are providing the standard response every time - "You refund is not processed due to some technical/operational glitches at airlines/banks & our end. We would like to inform you that we have raised your refund query to our refunds team for the same to be checked and updated. Request you to please wait till we get the update, your patience will be highly appreciated."
Please help me out by getting my money back.
