Nandagopan filed complaint against Makemytrip on May 11, 2021
Booked for a hotel on **th April **** which had agreed full refund if cancelled before * may **** before **:** pm. I cancelled the booking on **th April **** itself due to a restrictions made for my travel due to covid **. They started refund process with complete money. even after it passed ** days I have not received money in my bank account. The helpline and the mail customer service have not helped. I might go to a legal dispute since I have enough proofs and the I am at the right. For reference the booking ID is: NH************* and PNR is: **********. Resolve the issue soon or we can meet up in the court.
