So I placed my order on *st May and got the shoes delivered on *th May. As I didn't find the shoes comfortable enough, I returned it the next day and they came to pick up on *th May. I had no update from the company or the website till I register a complaint on the website with ticket no. ********* on **th May. It has been over ** days since then but still haven't received any proof of return from their end.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
