Sir /madam,
I received my Order on **th Sep * ** pm, I was not happy with the quality of product so i immediately clicked to return the product. The next day the delivery guy comes and takes my parcel and when I ask him that there's no message I received that you will come, he said that message will update later. He was the same guy who gave me parcel yesterday. But after an hour later, I received message from PUMA that delivery return has been cancelled because of quality of the product, but the product is not with me the delivery guy already took it and when I tried a lot of times to reach delivery guy , he told to reschedule delivery he will send it, I tried * times but still he didn't and in puma app it's still showing return has been cancelled. I tried to contact delhivery company and the puma, but there's no response as now of today.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
