On *st of July **** I have paid tuition fee through housing.com **,*** rs money got deducted from my credit card later transaction was failed. Same day I received a letter stating refund initiated it will take max *-** working days but even after waiting for **days still not received refund initiated my source account. Upon contacting there support team daily they come up with new excuses. The latest update on **th July is still they’re working to find the reason behind transaction failed once it is confirmed they will initiate the refund. For this a customer has to wait for **days. Even though they have communicated me the refund is re initiated on **th of July
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
