Housing.com - No response from the RM though I ve changed one RM as he was not responding and even the sales perso

The sales person Aryan reached out to me and insure me that there are many properties accounting your requirements, so I purchased theirs relax plan in which I was assigned with a RM. The first RM noted my requirements and send me some property the next day which was not according to my listed requirements and when I called him he didn’t answer my calls and then I called the concerned sales person Aryan who first answer my call but after that even he was not answering my calls ( I really don’t know what kind of frauds is this ) then I complained to to housing team to change my RM. They have changed the RM the next day but then the new RM also didn’t show any property and in fact she’s saying we don’t have that property and we’ll reach to you .

My concern is that if you don’t have property listed by the customer then why you give false hope to them and take money for your useless subscription. And if the concern RM can’t answer the calls better not assigned them.
