We bought Relax plan from Housing.com * days back. We clearly told the sales person we need a Owner property urgently so will you be able to assist from the next day.
He assured us but it has been * days and we reach out to them while nobody from there team has provided a single property or reached out themselves. I can provide the sales person and RM name and number.
This is complete fraud that they are taking money from us but not providing a property. Our relax plan has ** owner verified properties.
Kindly look into the matter urgently and take some action so that such fraud business can be exposed.
Let me know whatever evidence are required.
