Eatsure Food Delivery App - Refund Not Received After Order Cancellation

I placed an order on the EatSure food delivery app on [**/**/****] for an amount of ₹[***], paid via [Amazon pay]. The Order ID is [CRN-*********].
The order was cancelled on [**/**/****]. As per EatSure's own cancellation and refund policy, the amount is to be refunded to the original payment mode upon cancellation. However, i tried contacting them through customer support and mail still they're responding with that this cancellation refund isn't going to work according to their policy, even though I tried cancelling just moments after I noticed there was a problem with my order and I needed it to get cancelled.
I also sent an email to goodness@eatsure.com on [**/**/****] requesting resolution, but have received no satisfactory response
This is a clear violation of EatSure's refund policy and constitutes an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
Relief Sought:
I request a full refund of ₹[***] to my original payment mode along with appropriate compensation for the mental harassment and delay caused.
