Abhinav Tiwari filed complaint against Yatra Com on Oct 17, 2020
I booked a Flight ticket worth Rs ****/- on **.**.**** on yatra .com. As flights were cancelled due to Covid, An amount of Rs. ****/- was transferred to my credit shell by yatra.com after deducting the service fee. Although, later I applied for a refund of that amount. Yatra.com conveyed to me that they have refunded an amount of ****.**/- on **/**/**** after deducting promotional discount.
The refund amount of Rs ****/- has not been credited to my account till date. I wrote to my credit card service provider (Sbi credit card) regarding the credit of Rs ****.**/- which according to Yatra was credited on **/**/****.
The credit card service provider has denied receipt of any such transaction.
Then I mailed again to Yatra requesting them to confirm the account number to which the amount of Rs ****.**/- was credited . I requested them to provide the complete detail as my refund has not been credited to the original mode of payment (Sbi credit card) till date.
But till date no reply or even any acknowledgement of my email dated **.**.**** has been received.
I request again for a speedy resolution of my complaint and refund of Rs ****/- immediately to the original mode of payment.
