Silpa Joseph filed complaint against Ajio on Aug 15, 2020
I am complaining because i have order a product from ajio with order ID #FL********** and i have returned the product nicely with all labels and tags on **/**/****. The return ID is #RT********. But i haven't received my refund yet. The status is still return under process. Since they have picked up the product and the status is not updated I didn't understand what's going on. I have bought many products from ajio. And this is the first and worst experience with ajio. When will i receive my refund? Please do take action.
