Amazon India - Refund Not Received

I paid through credit card using no-cost EMI option. After completing the payment the order cancelled by Amazon.in but they did not refund money that I paid. from that day I called Amazon so many times but every time they answered me that wait for *-* business days. now ** days gone, still not get money back
