I booked my ticket on * march **** from goa to surat For * April **** in spicejet by EaseMyTrip.com. Due covid-** pandamic lock down was started from ** march. So i cancelled ticket on *st april ****. I purchased free cancellation insurance option with ticket when i was booked. But till date i didn’t get any refund. They are telling airlines provide credit shell for future travel but I don’t have any travel plan in future so i want my refund back. Please look in to my issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
