I booked a holiday package on nov **** to Bali , price of ****** only. Due to volcano eruption our trip was cancelled and i received a refund of ***** only . Later I had received the refund on Oct *rd **** after a year Booking ID-NL***********. Again the same amount was debited from my Credit card. How can this happen?Without any consent how can u again debit it from my CC?Received a mail from makemytrip to nit.naveen@gmail.com.Total amount of *****.**+*****.**+****.**=*****.**.Kindly address the issue soon. Its been more than * years we are extremely unpleasant with makemytrip and struggling to understand the reason behind this. Every time i contact you ppl say specialized team working on it for the past * years.
