Darshan Thakkar filed complaint against PayTM on May 6, 2017
I used paytm wallet to recharge for my Jio number the amount got deducted but the recharge was not successsful. I called Jio customer care they gave me the transaction id#BR****Y*X* which was declined from their end. Then I called Paytm Customer care and raised the complaint thrice they said I need confirmation mail from Jio to get the money refunded. Its been more than ** days but nothing has been done from Paytm side. Paytm complaint#********
