Ravi Parkash filed complaint against Ajio on May 22, 2019
I made two transactions [Rs **** & Rs **** ] at Ajio.com on *th April through my credit card. I was supposed to get a refund on these two orders. I have recieved only below refund as of now.
Date: **th April: Rs ****.**. There is one more refund of Rs around **** which is not reflecting in my CC account. I have written more than ** emails to them but no concrete answer. Only false commitments. Complaint id COM***********. Please help to get this refund. My CC statement already sent to Ajio customer care.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
