I am writing regarding my JioAirFiber order (Order No: NO****CJ****, Request No: LR*****CMAKP), which was placed on ** March. The installation has not been completed. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response from the service personnel. The attitude shown during my interaction was highly unprofessional and disappointing.So I raised complaint at consumer helpline,then they cancelled my order. But still my money is not refunded. It's been More than * month.
