Jio Launched ** days Free Jioairfiber offer in whichever areas it was feasible. It wasn't feasible in my area so they gave me a offer of Rs.**** for ** days and I installed it at my home on **th March. Here's what happened they had promised a Rs.**** voucher to be adjusted in final bill payment which is clearly written in text message(attached all proofs please check). But I haven't received it and I raised a ticket for the same with Jio Customer support and even spoke with them three they tell me there's no coupon and closed my ticket I just mean what the heck? first you make promises and then don't deliver. This is a legit scam so then.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
