I have ordered mattress on ** dec ****,but they aren't delivered as per the timeline,so I cancelled my order on ** jan ****,till now they're not returned my amount.if I trying to reach via phone call they aren't picking the call, instead they put waiting list for more than an hour,in this regard I have sent escalation mail,but still they're not responding,so please kindly bring back my money.
